Why would a probation officer add Cochran to the
attack on David Dupray when Dupray didn't say that. He told the officer
that it was Percy Sargent? |

Attorney Silver while trying to show the judge how Dupray feared Percy Sargent linked Percy to
the arson of Dupray’s cottage and Mike’s murder. I believe Attorney Silver along with
many other attorney's in the Bangor area and law officials as well knew that
Percy Sargent was involved in Mike's murder. I called Mike's attorney, Andy Mead, for help in finding out why Mike
was murdered and he advised me to "stay away from that, Mrs. Cochran." |

Mr. Silver told the court that there were two
co-Defendants in this transaction. Silver said they both had very long
criminal records. One was DEA informant Percy Cote who had a very long
criminal record with many convictions for trafficking and other crimes.
Silver said the other one was Percy Sargent who received two
years which was concurrent with a sentence [of rape] and that
Sargent had a very
significant record, a very long record. Silver said Dupray did not
have a record like his two co-Defendants. Knowing how Judge MacInnes
sentenced Mike to 6 year for his first drug arrest would Dupray get a
break from this judge. |

District Attorney Almy tells the judge that "we are
talking about ten pounds, and you sentenced Percy Sargent. You heard
what Percy Sargent said happened. Now, we hear a different version from
Mr. Dupray... I take it that DA Almy would rather take what Percy
Sargent said happened. I wonder why Almy and the Judge were so
lenient toward Percy Sargent, this dangerous criminal. |
