Det. Pinkham's statement of what he says Robert Elrick told him on 2-26-1981, two days after Mike's body was found in a six day old pile of fire rubble. Pinkham wrote that Elrick told him that he overheard Percy Sargent and another man talking and heard Percy say he thought Mike had set him up for his drug bust and he had already sent the call out to have Mike taken care of. Percy Sargent was never questioned by the Maine State Police detectives.
